Because of the nature of technology, the colours shown on the site may not match the actual colours. 

ONLINE RESERVATIONS 

Pescara offer the option to reserve used vehicles online with a reservation fee (minimum £198). After you have paid your reservation fee, the vehicle will be reserved for 72 hours and a member of the sales team will contact you to arrange an appointment to complete the purchase of the vehicle.

YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

Pescara is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The information collected is used for Pescara's business purposes, which is the marketing of the sale of cars and associated products and services. By sending Pescara information, you agree that such information is not confidential, and that Pescara can use the information. Pescara will keep and use this information (and any other information which it may hold about you from time to time) now and in the future (i) to provide you with information on products and services which may be of interest to you; (ii) for the purposes of conducting market research; and (iii) to provide you with agreed goods and services. If you would prefer not to receive mail and telephone calls providing information about products and services from us or such third parties, please inform Pescara that you wish to opt out of receiving such information. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you may apply to see what "personal data" Pescara holds in respect of you. Please contact Pescara for further details. If you are an existing customer, Pescara must be allowed to go on using your personal information in order to administer its relationship with you. On occasion there may be instances when you, our customer, are not satisfied with either the product or service that we have provided. In this instance we would always like you to talk to us directly so that we can try to rectify the situation. Whilst we are clearly committed to a high quality of customer service there may be times when we are not able to resolve a dispute. In this unlikely event we would refer you to an ADR provider, either Motor Codes Ltd or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), depending on the nature of the dispute ADR stands for Alternative Dispute Resolution and is a process where an independent and impartial third party considers the evidence in a dispute and makes a decision, offers a view or helps all parties reach an agreement. Motor Codes is a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) certified ADR provider that can offer this ADR service.
